How do I get started with your services?
To contract our services, please follow these steps: Submit the Order Form: Visit our website and select the desired service type and package. Provide the information requested in the form, including client information, project details, design vision, and needs. Upload the measurements and the floor plan if you have them. Share inspirational photos. At confirmation step proceed with the deposit payment to have your request evaluated with priority within 24 hours. Or if you prefer to proceed with no payment, we'll get back to you within 5 business days and if your project is accepted we'll provide you with the payment link for your deposit. Filling the form to the maximum detail will ensure that the designs will meet your expectations. If you can’t find the right service type or have custom needs, you can still submit your request and we will be in touch via your preferred communication channel.
How does the deposit payment work?
Step 1: Client Submits the Order (Payment Optional) At this stage, you can choose to 1. Pay the Deposit If you pay the deposit upfront, your project will be evaluated within 24 hours. Deposit Amounts: Interior Design: Basic Package – 60€ | Premium Package – 150€ Renovation Design: Basic Package – 60€ | Premium Package – 150€ Outdoor Design: Basic Package – 150€ | Premium Package – 300€ 2. Pay the Deposit Later: If you don’t pay upfront, your project will be evaluated within 5 working days. Once your project is accepted, you’ll receive a payment link to pay the deposit and secure your spot. The deposit will be deducted from the final price. For example, if the total project cost is 1000€ and the deposit is 150€, you’ll pay the remaining 850€ before final delivery.
How Does the Design Process Work?
Step 1: Client Submits the Order form with the project details. If paid the deposit then the request will be evaluated in 24 hours If the deposit was not paid, the request will be evaluated within 5 working days. Step 2: Project Evaluation Modern Velvet Spaces (MVS) will evaluate your project request to ensure it’s a good fit for our services. If your project is accepted, we’ll proceed to the next steps. If your project is rejected, we’ll issue a full refund of your deposit (if paid) immediately and provide feedback on why we couldn’t proceed. Step 3: Order Confirmation and Initial Contact If your project is accepted, MVS will contact you to confirm the order and ask any additional questions if needed. If there are too many details to clarify, an online meeting will be scheduled. After clarifying all questions, MVS will provide an estimated delivery timeline. Step 4: Project Checkpoints Depending on the size of the project, MVS will contact you at key project checkpoints to gather feedback and ensure the design aligns with your vision. Step 5: Project Revision The initial design will be sent to you for review. You can provide feedback and request changes based on the number of revisions included in your package. MVS will incorporate your feedback and make the necessary adjustments. Step 7: Final Payment After final revisions are completed, you’ll be contacted to issue the final payment. For most projects, the final payment is due before the delivery of all materials. For larger projects, the payment structure is as follows: Deposit (paid upfront or after acceptance). 50% of the remaining balance (after the initial design is approved). Final 50% (before the full delivery of all materials). Step 8: Final Delivery Once the final payment is received, the finalized work will be delivered to you digitally. This includes all design files, renderings, and any other materials specified in your package. Step 9: After-Design Shopping Support Depending on your package, MVS will provide after-design shopping support for up to 3 months after project completion. This includes assistance with sourcing furniture, decor, and other elements to bring your design to life.

What is the difference between 2D and 3D projections?
A 2D projection is a flat, top-down view of your space. It shows the layout of furniture, fixtures, and other elements, helping you understand the spatial organization. A 3D projection provides a three-dimensional view of your space. It gives a more immersive and realistic perspective, allowing you to see how different elements come together.
What is the photo realistic rendering?
This takes the 3D projection a step further by adding realistic lighting, shadows, and textures. It creates lifelike images that show exactly how your space will look.
What does the List of Materials include?
The list of materials includes all the items needed for your project, such as paint colors, flooring options, fabric swatches, lighting fixtures, and more. This list helps you source the right materials to bring your design to life.
What does After-Design Shopping Support mean?
After-design shopping support is included in premium packages and provides assistance for up to 3 months after the project is completed. This service helps you find the right pieces locally and ensures they match the design.
Interior Design
What is included in your Interior Design service?
Depending on the selected package type our Interior Design service includes a mood board, 2D and 3D design projections, photo realistic renderings, a list of suggested materials, and a list of suggested furniture. For premium packages, we also offer after-design shopping support and additional revisions.
Can you design a single room or do you only work on whole homes?
We offer design services for both single rooms and entire homes. Our packages range from designing a single bedroom or bathroom to comprehensive designs for full homes up to 5 divisions. Additional divisions can be purchased separately as an add-on service.

Can you design full backyards as well?
Yes, we can design full backyards, including gardens and entertainment zones. However, we specialize in patios and terraces to provide stylish outdoor living spaces.
How do you incorporate existing outdoor elements into the design?

Payment and Terms
What are your payment terms?
We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs: A deposit is required to secure your project. You can choose to pay the deposit upfront when submitting your request or after we’ve accepted your project. Deposit Amounts: Interior Design: Basic Package – 60€ | Premium Package – 150€ Renovation Design: Basic Package – 60€ | Premium Package – 150€ Outdoor Design: Basic Package – 150€ | Premium Package – 300€ If you pay the deposit upfront, your project will be evaluated within 24 hours. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and Paypal. We do not accept bank transfers. Payment can be made securely through our website during the booking process or through a payment link.
What is your refund policy?
Generally refunds are not provided once the project has been accepted and work has begun. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work closely with you to address any concerns throughout the design process. Here’s how our refund policy works: If we determine that your project is not a good fit for our services, we’ll issue a full refund of your deposit immediately. We understand that design preferences are subjective, and that revisions may be needed to achieve your vision. Depending on your package, you’ll have a set number of revisions to refine the design. However, no refunds can be issued based on dissatisfaction with the final design outcome due to the custom nature of our services.
Process and Timeline
How long does it take to complete a project?
The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project. Typically, an interior design project can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the space.
How many revisions are included in the package?
Our basic packages include one revision, while our premium packages include up to three revisions. Additional revisions can be requested for an additional fee.
How will I receive my final design?
Once the final design is completed and the final payment is received, we will deliver all design files electronically. This includes mood boards, 2D and 3D projections, photo realistic renderings, and lists of materials and suggested furniture.
